If the spare parts are broken within 12 months or the battery broken within 6 months, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be on the customers’ side. Man-made damage and water entered are not covered by the warranty. Normally, our scooters will be okay within one year, because there will be strict quality inspections to make sure every scooter is perfect before sending it out from our factory.
